Ordering Tips

The handful of habits that separate smooth orders from stressful ones — learned from thousands of team, school, and business runs.

Four habits of painless orders

None of this is complicated — it's just the stuff that's easy to skip when you're busy.

Triple-check names & numbers

Personalized items are produced exactly as your list reads — a misspelled name on the roster becomes a misspelled name on the jersey.

Before you submit: read every name out loud, have a second person check the list, and confirm numbers against your league roster. It takes five minutes and saves remakes.

Collect sizes the smart way

Mixed youth/adult sizing trips up more orders than anything else. Youth L and Adult L are very different shirts — always label which run each size belongs to (YS/YM/YL vs. S/M/L).

For big groups, consider a merch store instead of a spreadsheet: everyone picks their own size online and there's nothing to transcribe.

Send the best artwork you have

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print cleanest at any size. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the largest, highest-resolution version — not a screenshot of a screenshot.

No usable art? Say so — our design team can redraw or create artwork, and you'll approve a proof before anything prints.

Plan backward from your date

Give us your true needed-by date at quote time — the game, the event, the first day of school — not a soft guess. We'll tell you honestly what's feasible.

Garment availability varies by season (fall spirit wear and spring sports overlap everyone's orders), so earlier is always easier.

Ready to put these to work? The quote form walks you through products, sizes, artwork, and rosters step by step — and saves your progress as you go.
