How do we collect sizes from hundreds of people?
Two ways that work: a shared spreadsheet with a size column per person, or better, a merch store where everyone orders their own size online and we aggregate the totals. For campus- or company-wide orders, the store route removes the worst of the spreadsheet wrangling.
When should we start a large order?
As early as you can — garment availability and decoration scheduling both get easier with lead time. Give us your needed-by date at quote time and we'll confirm feasibility before you commit to anything.
