Vinyl & Heat Transfer
Names, numbers, and personalization — the method built for rosters and small runs.
What is vinyl & heat transfer?
Vinyl and heat transfer cut your design or lettering from colored material and bond it to the garment with heat and pressure. It's how player names and numbers get onto uniforms, and it's the practical choice for small runs and one-off personalization where screen setup wouldn't make sense.
Best for

- Personalized spirit wear
- Small quantities and one-offs

Common questions
How should I send my roster?
A spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) with columns for name, number, and size is perfect; a clear typed list works too. Double- and triple-check spellings before submitting — every item is produced exactly as listed, and a misspelled name means a remade garment.
Vinyl or screen printing for my shirts?
For identical designs in quantity, screen printing wins on cost and feel. For per-person personalization — names, numbers, small batches — vinyl is the right tool. Team orders often combine both: a screen-printed team logo plus vinyl names and numbers.
