Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Dallas East Sports LLC (“Dallas East Sports,” “we,” “us”) handles information you provide through dallaseastsports.net.

Information we collect

• Information you submit: when you request a quote, contact us, or ask to start a merch store, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone, organization, order details, and any files you upload (artwork, logos, rosters).
• Technical information: our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes and orders.
• To produce personalized items exactly as you submitted them (e.g., rosters).
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate this website and fulfill your orders (for example, our form-delivery and store platforms), or when required by law.

Uploaded files

Files you upload (artwork, logos, rosters) are used to prepare and produce your order. Rosters may contain other people's names — please only submit information you are authorized to share.

Online stores

Purchases made through organization stores happen on our store platform at store.dallaseastsports.net, which maintains its own terms and privacy practices displayed at checkout.

Data retention & your choices

We keep submitted information as long as needed for quotes, orders, and reorders. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion, contact orders@dallaseastsports.net or call (214) 327-8326.

Children

This website is intended for adults ordering on behalf of themselves or their organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
