Custom Embroidery

Stitched logos that read professional and last for years — polos, caps, jackets, and more.

What is embroidery?

Embroidery reproduces your logo in stitched thread rather than ink. It's the premium standard for polos, caps, and outerwear: dimensional, durable, and immune to cracking or fading in the wash. We digitize your logo once and keep the stitch file on hand, so every reorder matches.

Best for

  • Corporate polos and button-downs
  • Team and business caps
  • Jackets, vests, and outerwear
  • School staff apparel
  • Uniform programs with reorders

How it's done

  1. Digitizing

Your logo is converted into a stitch file — the map the embroidery machine follows.

  2. Sew-out & approval

We review how the design stitches and adjust density and detail as needed.

  3. Production

Garments are hooped and stitched, thread color by thread color.

  4. Finish & check

Backing is trimmed and each piece inspected before it leaves the shop.

Common questions

What is digitizing and why does embroidery need it?

Embroidery machines can't read image files — they follow a stitch file that maps every needle movement. Digitizing is the one-time conversion of your logo into that file. Once we've digitized your logo, reorders and new products use the same file, keeping your branding consistent.

What logos work best for embroidery?

Solid shapes, clear lines, and text above roughly a quarter-inch tall stitch beautifully. Fine gradients, tiny text, and photographic detail don't translate to thread — if your logo has them, we'll propose a simplified stitch version and show you before production.

Screen printing or embroidery for my order?

Embroidery for polos, caps, and outerwear where a professional finish matters; screen printing for tees and large colorful designs at quantity. Send us your artwork and intended garments and we'll recommend the right method — that advice is free.
